Azevedu's

The “de Azevedo” family has always been dedicated to the production of wine and olive oil in the Douro Demarcated Region.

However, it was only in 2017 that the need arose to create their own brand that would distinguish them from other producers in the region and thus the brand “Azevedu's” was created, in honour of the great-grandfather and grandfather of the owners, as they were the ones who started planting the vineyards and olive groves. Also in 2017, they created the wine brand “Tareu's” in order to honour the parish of Santa Leocádia and its inhabitants, known as Taréus – (hardworking and hardworking people), because it is precisely in the village of Santa Leocádia that both the winery and the vineyards are located.
