Founded by Sandra’s in-laws 40 years ago, it is considered the restaurant of reference in Sernancelhe, the result of hard work and home cooking. Owners and employees have a long relationship (some working since the beginning). For about 20 years, Sandra and Fernando have managed the restaurant, maintaining the values that made this house the reference it continues to be. With the Chestnut Festival, they were challenged by the Chamber, 10 years ago, to create the Chestnut Queijada, a much appreciated and renowned recipe.
