A business that started with his family, his parents already sold sausages, dairy products, hams; this led Miguel Leitão to create his own sausage production company, also with the aim of settling in his land. He produces meat sausage, loin salpicão and cachaço salpicão. He also produces (in smaller quantities) farinheira, moira de sangue and morcela.
