Coimbra De Mattos
The company "Coimbra de Mattos, Lda.", based in Galafura, municipality of Peso da Régua, and a long tradition in the production of quality wines, as evidenced by the medal obtained by Cristóvão Ayres de Mattos (grand uncle of the current partners), at the Universal Exhibition of Paris in 1900, has 55 hectares of vineyards in the Douro Demarcated Region, fully mechanized and markets its Port and Douro wines under the brands Valriz, Quinta dos Mattos and Quinta da Laceira.
