After decades in the meat/veal sector, about 20 years ago he redirected his activity to the artisanal production of Lapa cheese, produced from goat, cow and mixed milk. The goats are owned by the family (granddaughter) and the cows are owned by Mr. Abel. They produce about 100 cheeses a day
