Vale do Tábua Reserva Tinto

In the northern interior of Portugal, on one of the sunny slopes of the left bank of the river Douro, on a piece of land that belongs to an enchanted valley, lies Quinta do Vale do Tábua. This is a farm consisting of olive groves and old vines, planted and worked by rough but wise hands that drew on the schist slopes the terraces that transformed the surrounding landscape forever, making it the stunning place that today we have the privilege of contemplating. Quinta do Vale do Tábua, owned by the Pereira family, was born from the union of several ancestral wine estates and naturally inherits the name of the largest plot. It is in this place that the necessary ingredients come together for a perfect recipe in the creation of the nectar of the Gods: an ideal soil, of schist origin, a microclimate favorable to the maturation of grapes from selected varieties, ancestral cultural practices mixed with the most modern techniques.
