Part of the surface of its most emblematic property, Quinta do Panascal, in the T\u00e1vora valley, was converted to organic viticulture in 1992. Today, another of the company&#8217;s properties, Quinta de Santo Ant\u00f3nio in the Pinh\u00e3o Valley, is fully certified for organic production.
